DOW futures project 20,000 mark at the opening

Less than 11 months later (ten days to go) we are at 24,664 points today.

It's my understanding the Dow Jones rose 36% from the time of Obama's inauguration in January 2009 to January 4, 2010, while it rose 26% from the time of trump's inauguration in January 2017 to January 4, 2018.

Is that true?

Period Gain POINTS = 5,550.67

Period Gain % = 28.13%
