Do circuits... then pour a giant glass of wine and curl up in bed. You're very cruel. I am. If it makes you feel better, I am doing the same thing to myself. Substitute wine for dark chocolate. I just don't have as valid of a reason as you.

So I had a bunch of cheese balls as the pre dinner snack. Not my best day. I'll join you - I went to Wendy's for dinner, since I was craving grease. today is that one day a month where I want to eat anything that isn't nailed down, so I suppose it could be worse.

I have 2-3 days of the month like that. My stomach growls every 2 hours like clockwork... no matter what I eat.

I usually find myself craving either a cheeseburger (um, no ) or really iron-rich leafy greens, in addition to greasy crap. I had a bag of Cheetos out of the vending machine when I first got to work earlier, and dinner was a spicy chicken sandwich, no mayo, and a small diet coke and fries w/sriracha. not the best, but it could have been much, much worse.

Breakfast oatmeal and apple.
Strawberry cream pie mid morning snack.
Grilled chicken and spinach for lunch
Package of mini doughnuts
Did pass on the cake or cookies at the work celebration. Only because there were far too many people and I did not want to wait in line.
dinner a little steak and salad.
Girl Scout cookies.
I was so proud of myself Monday. No in between snacks. Gone downhill since then.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical before Zumba. I upped the resistance to 55 and included short burst of pushing hard. Then we had a hell of a class. He showed no mercy today. I've also bee walking around the house doing chores with getting the house ready for two dogs. With Jackson being all in my way, that requires way more moving than normal. I'm constantly dodging him or pushing him out of the way. And he's a pretty solid dog to try to move involuntarily.

glad I'm not the only one who ate their feelings today. I knew dinner would be a relative bust, but I just had a small cup of mint chip ice cream. The job hunt is REALLY sucky right now.

I plan my blood transfusions around what I'll be eating down at the hospital and today was blood transfusion day, so I'm off eating right as everyone else.

Since I worked outside yesterday, driving the mower and getting off and on putting fertilizer on plants, I didn't work out.
Also I was carrying and lifting 50 pound bags and dumping into the spreader. Hubby did some of them but he was rolling down mole tunnels, then mowing and using the lawn sweeper so he could see if the buggers were coming back. One section mole free so far. He is starting on others.
So tonight still want to do my leg lifts all the way around, that's great exercise. Need to start pulldowns again, bumping on this mole rutted lawn did not help my back yesterday.

I took the day off today since I woke up feeling really rough. My throat is killing me and my sinuses hurt. Hoping I can rest up today and feel better tomorrow! *fingers crossed*

I'm skipping the gym tonight to pick up our new puppy. I should try to go tomorrow, but the weather is supposed to be horrible with the possibility of a tornado. I think I'll stay home if that comes to fruition.

So I thought spring was actually here, but I was wrong. It's still cold outside. Which makes me want to stay inside and not go out to the gym. Which, as it turns out, was not the best planning for this week. It's been an epic fail step wise.
I have a work event tonight which will likely go until 9, will be out late tomorrow night for a drink with my colleagues after we set up for Saturday's event, then I have to be at work Saturday morning by 7:30am for said event that runs until 2:30. And my allergies are killing me. So, what do you think the chances are that I'm going to make good food choices over the next 48-72 hours? B/c you know Sunday I'm going to be all "I deserve cake, let's have cake and ice cream and wine for dinner!"

My sister is about 100 pounds overweight. She finally decided to join a gym and my niece tells me that they went and worked out for about 20-30 minutes and then she drove them directly to Chick-fil-a. She said it wad a reward. Um, I don't think that's how that works.

Um, I don't think that's how that works. Well if your sister is 100 lbs overweight, it still might work in her favor. Also, what are the chances she would have ended up eating something fairly caloric if she hadn't gone to the gym? Again probably a fair chance.
