Almost ice cream: Coconut cream with Quest chocolate milkshake protein powder. I mix about 1/2 cup coconut cream to 1/2 scoop protein powder. It has a gelato texture but could be slightly frozen.
Use the protein powder flavor of your choice. A single serve packet of flavored drink mix would probably work. I use the drink mix the alter the flavor of chia pudding.

I've had great success with Atkins in the past but I've never tried high fat/low carb (I never watched fats, though). since my divorce about 2 and a half years ago I've been doing the high fat/high carb diet and that hasn't worked out so well for me
I was going to do regular atkins but I will have to look into high fat low carb.

I'm still in a stall. I have not been totally faithful to lchf. My trip-up was chocolate Easter candy I set out for guests. I try to stay below 20 net grams of carb. I am unable to do 10 or less. Maybe later.
I did join a FB page for the eating plan. They have a face lift Friday where they show their new smaller size and face. They do look much better.
I get plenty of exercise. I need to reduce my quantity by about 1/4 because of weight reduction has reduced amount of food I need. I haven't been measuring and posting to mfp. I can tell when my fat intake is low because I'm extra hungry. I don't sleep as well.
It's a daily process for nutrition and fitness leading to a healthy lifestyle. Best success wishes on your journey!
