Hmmm. I got some of the $3/2 Digorno from the customer service desk one of the grocery stores. Mine, too, says "must be of legal drinking age at time of purchase". I KNOW I'm older than 21!!! Oh.. and mine says "open only to authorized residents of AL, AR, HI, KY, ME, MO, NC or NJ." Go figure. I'm going to try it tonight and see what happens......

I purchased two using different e-mails and credit cards and have not received either one yet Their web site (WeShop) is the exact opposite of helpful too. Hopefully they'll come today. Haven't received mine either. I emailed them and have not heard back yet.

saveinla & frugalsuz - i was looking to use this coupon on the dixie plates that are part of the kroger mega sale. i found a "family pack" - they are huge, around 100 plates & cost $5, not part of the sale. the coupon probably won't beep for the smaller packs, but i'd be prepared to take the plates out of the order or take the coupon back if it does beep. please let us know if it did go through without beeps on the small packs, as i'll use them on the plates at kroger. TIA! A good way to see if the products qualify is look at the UPC on the package the first 5 numbers should be 42000 if the code on package starts with that you should have no problem using the coupon by the way it is coded. Since the coupon does not state a particular quantity I feel it leaves alot of room for definition of "family". Thanks mawmaw. I get a couple of cashiers that read thru every coupon and if they object then I will not be able to use it, but I will try today.

Anyone had issues at WAGS with new scanners and coupons? I went on Sunday and did the Maalox deal with no problems, then tried to do it again last night (at the same store) and my q's wouldn't scan. The manager had to come over and show the cashier how to hide the more complicated bar code and just scan the one that looks like a UPC. Major pain. I had lingered until there was no one in line, then as soon as I put my stuff on the counter, four people lined up. I've been doing this long enough that it normally doesn't bother me, but I also rarely have issues with my q's, so I never really hold up the line or take a long time. I heard that dreaded beep and felt like a newbie again. Keep in mind if you don't have enough Maalox q's, you can also get the Gas-X Prevention. It's the same price, but the q is only $4 off, so it's a little more OOP, but still a MM. Here's what I did Sunday: (6) Maalox - reg price $6.99, on sale for $5.24 Used (6) $5 MC's for Maalox Total was $1.44 plus tax Received $10RR Yesterday, I only had (4) Maalox q's, so I added Gas-x (4) Maalox - reg price $6.99, on sale for $5.24 (2) Gas-X Prevention - reg price $6.99, on sale for $5.24 Used (4) $5 MC's for Maalox Used (2) $4 MC's for Gas-X OOP was $3.44 plus tax Received $10RR alpha - i think the maalox q's are coded funny. when i did this deal sunday the first 1 scanned no probs, but the rest beeped saying product not found. the BA manually entered them because there weren't any size restrictions & i bought all the same items. she wouldn't allow the overage to be absorbed by the milk i got so instead i got one of the $3.99 bottles. i only paid $2.xx & got the $10 RR so still a MM but really needed the milk & though it was a good way to use the overage.

I received from someone on this board. The Q is only good in NY and TX and expires 2/6. I think she found them at Krogers. They are funny in that they are from Miller Lite but no beer purchase but you "must be 21 or older to participate". ;D re: digiorno $3/2 q - maybe it's coded for a beer purchase even though it doesn't say it? i say that only because when it beeps the register says "item not purchased." so then maybe it's not coded for digiorno? here's another tricky item on it. in bold under the expiration line it says "digiorno pizza is responsible for 100% of the redemption & fulfillment of this offer." but the redemption mail to address is 'MillerCoors."

jdnstl Don't worry...that's ok about the DiGiorno coupons. I don't really mind that they beep, but, the cashiers do not need to be butts about it. Like I said, the first store, she was a total rude jerk about it. Then, the next store, she just laughed and said, "silly thing, of course you bought 2 pizzas" and put it through. I do think I am going to call corporate later about the attitude I got at store one. It was really uncalled for...

constanz22, I agree... the first store was totally out of line. I haven't really had to experience CVS when a coupon beeps. I guess I'll find out tonight how they are when it happens. I know the managers I've run in to while there have been REALLY nice and went out of their way to help. Good luck with caling corporate!

I have been out "hounding" this morning.
First I went to WAGS to buy another 6 Chex Mix. I called Dancinmama, and she told me that the sale was for the Bold and whatever flavor too. While I was at it, I had the cashier scan the Cheddar Cheese flavor. That flavor works too!
Deb in Wa, and whoever told us about the Dixie plates and EDY ice ream deal at Rite Aid: It worked like a charm. Those of you on the West Coast need to know that our stores (RA) do not stock EDY ice cream. The ice cream for this deal (the $2.00 UPS) is Dreyers.
The Dreyers works.
A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU!!!!

To those of you that have the Safeway/Von's coupon booklets:
I just love these little booklets. I have a few, and the diligence to find them has really paid off.
I bought:Ranchers Reserve beef pot roast, 1.5 pounds, normally $4.97 a pound, on sale for $1.97 a pound. Total price $2.97. I used a $2.00 off of any RR beef from the booklet, so I paid 97 cents for the meat for tonight's dinner. It is in the crock pot as I post, LOL.
I also bought another package of meat for Sunday night. Ranchers Reserve Beef Loin Top Sirloin Steak (Boneless).
Two small pieces of meat (total wt .76 pounds) regularly $6.99 a pound $5.31 for this package. It was on sale for $3.29 a pound, so the package was $2.50 total.
I used a $2.00 off RR Beef coupon, so I paid a whopping 50 cents for the main course of Sunday night's dinner!
I will be buying more and freezing a few for future use. I know that these are really small pieces of beef, but it is just DH and me, now that the kids have moved to their own apartments. The portions are perfect!

saveinla and frugalsuz: I used the SW Dixie q along with the $3 RA VV q last week when the plates were BOGOF. In fact, they were out of the "ultra" plates, which is what the q's said so I bought Dixie bowls instead. Both worked just fine! So for about .25 tax, I got two sets of paper bowls.

Is anyone else LOVING the fact that you don't have to watch every single RA video to get the coupons you want? You can just watch the ones you're interested in and immediately print those coupons! I usually watch them all when I have time anyway, but if I'm in a rush for a particular coupon, it is a huge improvement.

I would watch a couple at a time when I needed it, click on Rewards, print the Qs and then decide what else I needed and repeat. Was it not the case for you?

I've been watching those darn RA videos all morning (for me, my mom, and DS's accounts). All I can say is "BORING"!! But it's all done and all my Qs are printed now, so I'm ready to go. murphath: Thanks for posting about the Dixie Q in the Safeway booklet. I didn't know what the "family" stipulation was all about (size of the package maybe?), but I thought it would probably work. So did you use a $3/2 Rite Aid VV Q AND (2) $1/1s from the Safeway booklet? suzi: I have seen Eddys here, but only in the Grocery Outlet. Thanks for the tip about Dreyers. And thanks for being our pathfinder on the Rite Aid deals for the last couple of weeks.

I think it used to be that you'd have to watch a certain amount of videos before any of your coupons would print. Does anyone else remember that or am I totally losing it?

I have a couple of cashiers that can be that way. Sometimes they're working on Sunday morning and sometimes they're not, but I always go UGH!! inside when I walk in and see them cuz my transactions take a lot longer than they should and I've got other places to go this Sunday morning.

I had this coupon beep at WalMart. Maybe it is due to needing to be 21 to purchase pizza? They took the Q to customer service where it was approved so no problem. It is too good of a coupon not to use. I just wish my CVS was doing the BOGO. They have them 2/$10 this week. WalMart is $4 a piece. That is too large a difference. I am glad I remembered dancinmama's tip about removing the pizzas from the box before putting them in the freezer. I'm short on freezer space and this really helped. weaselfer: So glad you liked it. Just remember to cut the baking instructions off the box and put them somewhere. I stash them in the drawer that holds my hot pads.

I think it used to be that you'd have to watch a certain amount of videos before any of your coupons would print. Does anyone else remember that or am I totally losing it? Well, the only coupon(s) that I was USUALLY interested in was the $4/$20 and $5/$25 and I think you did have to earn points by watching videos to get them. But for the product coupons, I think you could just watch the video and then print right away.

Can someone remind me of the Edy's deal at RA this week? TIA!!!!!! It's part of a Spend $15/Get $5 in UPs. Each Edys is $2.99 and giving a $2 UPs. Most people are buying (4) Edys and (2) Dixie Plates to get them to the $15 needed and getting 5UPs + (2UPs x 4) = 13 UPs. There is a $3/2 Dixie Plates VV Q that will bring down your OOP. $11.96 (4) Edys 3.99 (2) Dixie Plates (on sale BOGO I believe) 15.95 - 3.00 Dixie VV Q 12.95 OOP --> $13UPs HTH

I guess I always assumed it was the same for the other coupons as well. Man! I passed a couple deals by because I didn't have time to watch the videos. Oh well...lol

Thanks! I never knew this. I'm always grateful for this board because even though I consider myself a seasoned "hound," I can always come here with my questions and not feel stupid that I didn't know. Love you guys! I think we ALL have questions from time to time cuz there are always new deals, new coupons, etc. I read an article last summer that said that the manufacturer's were going to recode coupons so that starting in 2011 they could not be decoded anymore. I guess that was a bunch of bunk.
