This morning on Fox---------"I think I probably have more experience of anybody [in the GOP field] -- whether I sell them real estate for tremendous amounts of money. I mean, I've dealt with everybody. And by the way, I can tell you something else. I dealt with Gaddafi. I rented him a piece of land. He paid me more for one night than the land was worth for two years, and then I didn't let him use the land. That's what we should be doing. I don't want to use the word 'screwed', but I screwed him. That's what we should be doing." gop12.thehill.com/2011/03/trump-i-screwed-gaddafi.html

Has the Donald ever contributed to the Fisher House Foundation??

I agree. He is a legend in his own mind.
He always has hot babes on his arm... something neanderthals like us could never do.

I like a guy that can look across the table and admit to himself, and have the conscious thought, "This guy is a motherf***3R, and I have a moral duty to destroy him, and make all the money I can doing it". What a refreshing change THAT would be. Sure beats, "Here comes the leader of an oppressed minority that is only a 'bad guy' because my imperialistic nation has a 'narrow view' of the world and if we could only see that we made him that way, and say we're sorry, we can get along with anyone. Now, let us drop our our drawers, and grab our socks." foreign policy that we have today...

And FWIW, I don't even like the guy. I sure as hell don't trust him. But given that I don't trust any of them- he's the one I would count on to at least screw our enemies as bad as he's screwing us over-- and that would be a nice change-- you know, to kind of diffuse the screwing over energy a little bit so we don't get it ALL here at home.

he might get some people to register to vote. that would be a positive. Why is it that more voters on the rolls, or more "participation" is always assumed to be "good"? What if we get a million more voters, and they're all idiots? I mean seriously- why can't we at least be discerining enough to honestly admit that more idiots voting is the exact OPPOSITE of what we'd like to see happen? I mean sure- politicians benefit from more idiots on the voting rolls (in BOTH parties), but does the country benefit? I hardly think so.

i hate trump and everything that he has done in his life.........BUT......he might be the guy that our country needs right now.
trump knows bk! he knows how and when to file bk. he could take our dead beat country into bk, renege on all our financial obligations and get our country back into the black.

That sure looks good as a vague plan on paper, but how would the President actually do it? Is "President" Trump going to tell Gaddafi, "psst, I've got this bridge in Brooklyn I can sell ya ." And how can he destroy him in this manner? Ripping off a leader of a multibillion oil country of a few million (he might be crazy, but he's not stupid) isn't going to destroy him. And people say libs live in a fantasy land. No, I see it as the opposite. We got England and FRANCE, I repeat, FRANCE!!!, to take charge. It's in their back yard (Do you think they'd get involved if anything like this happened in Honduras or Columbia?), so you know, they should take more responsibility. Also where are the "we're broke" and "gotta watch the deficit" people at? They (well at least their "gotta cut back!!1!" messages) sure seem to conveniently disappear in threads like this. And the lives of our troops are on the line. Sorry, but "we're being perma-contrarians to Obama" (in some parallel universe, Obama is taking the leadership role and the Conservatives are crying "it costs so much!" and "he's putting our troops' lives in danger!") and "we love bombing the shit out of other countries" aren't going to cut it. And when it comes to our troops and another country, I'd rather Obama be hesitant than rush right in. Oh, and could you Constitutional literalists tell me where in the Constitution it allows us pour all this military aid into other countries?

Donald has good points and bad points. do I think he has a chance to be president nope. France , and the UK for that matter goated Obama into helping them take on Libya. the only reason France and the UK took on Libya, and their nut job president was for oil. It's plain and simple Europe the UK and France get a lot of oil from Libya.

europe has another issue other than oil, invested in stopping gaddafi. they have socialist states that provide benefits for all people that want benefits.
when and if gaddafi takes back control of libya, there will be exodus of thousands of rebels that will be seeking asylum (and benefits) in eroupe.

correct, but for more than one issue. france is not so dependent on oil (nukes @70%) but is closest to problem, so the migration will effect them the most.
france will take the lead because they have the most to lose
