Today is supposed to my "cheat meal" for my diet / health lifestyle change.....but although I ran 5 miles 5 times this week and notice positive body changes, I made the mistake to step on the scale.....oh my.....I was planning to eat McDonalds for my cheat meal (I know, I'm a wild guy)......but now I don't think I should.....
I am thinking to eat of the tastier Bocca / Morning Star products (breaded) and some pop corn instead...
to cheat all out (McD's) or cheat just a bit?........

Just a bit. Save the all out cheat for when you've hit a weight plateau. I've found after longer periods of being (mostly) good that more extreme indulging sometimes jolts my body into action and starts up the weight loss again.

If I was going to cheat it sure wouldn't be with McD's.

sometimes u just have a craving ....... I haven't had McD's for about 3 months now.....
to compromise I ate a Egg McMuffin for lunch.... no fries or hashbrown....it's only about 400 calories so not too bad....and the only thing I had for breakfast was a protein shake (I think because I went back to bed to sleep in after the protein shake....otherwise I probably would have eaten more)
Now I am baking some chicken breasts for my pre-workout meal (back to being a good boy & back on "the diet" )
