Did anyone watch this? What did you think?

I am not sure what I think of it yet. I found it a bit underwhelming. Michael was a little more subdued than I like. I guess I was hoping for more suspense. I will keep watching.

Quite a few people posted about it on the NCIS FB page and said they fell asleep while watching it.

I LOVE legal dramas but can't decide if this one will be too boring.

I don't know the guy who plays the main character, though, so going strictly on the plot

I watched.  It's unnerving to me how they profile prospective jurors so thoroughly.  Even in the one day trials, the judge knows who is who.

I didn't have the pleasure of watching it but DH did and he was rather unimpressed. Admittedly, he is rather biased against Michael What's-his-face as he loathed him in NCIS but he thought it was a bit of a snoozer.

I'll have to watch it online sometime eventually before I can render an opinion. Based on commercials alone, he is as annoying in this show as he was as DiNozzo, and I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATHE DiNozzo!

I finally watched it (DVR) and I waited on purpose to watch later.

First I got so friggin tired of the "silly" Tony after so many years on NCIS that I wanted to go in neutral if possible.

I will say that I did enjoy the show for the most part. I am glad they didn't just leave it with a (don't want to spoil in case someone hasn't seen it and don't know how to do the spoiler thing) verdict and had a little twist at the end. But I am one who hates syrupy endings and all's well in paradise crap.

I do think they are going to have to beef it up a bit. Oh, and for some reason it grated on my nerves when they address him as Dr. Bull - yeah I know that is his name but - well it's just me I guess.

I'll keep on it to give it a chance!!

I liked it well enough. I hope it steps up a bit but overall it wasn't bad.

I watched again this week and still feel like it is missing something. Maybe it is just because I am used to more action like on NCIS and this isn't that type of show. I guess I will have to get used to it.

I'm wondering what people thought about the storyline that a woman pilot would be assumed to be guilty but a male pilot would not?

I enjoyed this weeks episode a lot. LMAO when he woke up in the pasture with the cow staring at him.

I saw this week's episode (and I've seen one other that I recall nothing about) and I'm underwhelmed. It didn't hold my interest very well.

I have a special hatred of tv depicting the South as a backwards place full of good ol' boys who aren't that bright. This felt like another one of those "easy" laughs. At least it was Texas they picked on. They do kind of deserve it.

I think I have a problem!! I cannot not bring myself to watch it the night it is on. I think because it follows NCIS which I am trying to get back into. I have to give the "Tony" syndrome time to wear off I guess. Am I making sense

Not impressed with the last show. But will keep recording and watching in hopes.   But then I will treat it like trying to learn to drink/like coffee for years - just give up!!!!

You're making perfect sense to me. I don't like this show all that well but well enough to keep watching. I recorded it & just watched last week's over the weekend. I liked the Texas one better than I liked the others.

We've watched it and been kind of meh - mostly watching it just bc of Michael Weatherly, who DH has a huge man crush on from NCIS. I think I'm not paying enough attention to it to decide whether I really like it or not so I'll have to give it some more time/attention.

(We aren't watching NCIS this year, not really sure we're interested anymore. )

I'm trying to reconnect with NCIS this year but unless something "picks" up it's a no go. None of the characters seems to have any "grit". They need a Kate, Mike Franks, or someone to off set the bland characters. All characters seem to have the "silly bug" attached to them. Even the new characters are blah.  I have made myself say two more episodes and then it in or out.

Haven't watched latest Bull yet. Probably tonight before TNF!!!

Oops, got busy with something else and never went back to the Empire thread to post it.  Essentially, just said that it isn't at the top of my list any longer.  I will definitely keep watching but other shows take priority.

Same here. Considering it is supposed to be loosely based on McGraw the bit in the elevator was totally unbelievable to me. In fact I sat trying to remember where or which show I had seen it before. But will keep recording.
