A forum formerly associated with Cooking Light magazine has migrated to ProBoards. Cooking Light-Time, Inc. decided to shut down the forum which had been active since the 90's (hiss-boo-hiss ) so just as we migrated from MSN, they have migrated to a ProBoards site. It's a great bunch of folks with a variety of boards and threads on food and non-food topics. If anyone is interested, you can check it out at greatfood.freeforums.net/

Thanks! I'm going to check it out. Do I need to create a profile for that site too?

Yes, you will need a new profile. I was so happy they chose ProBoards b/c I'm familiar with everything here so navigation at the new site is easy. It's going to be better than the old Cooking Light site, but it's a shame we are losing decades of threads and recipes Everyone is in mourning but we're still cooking! Hope to see you there. We have off-topic stuff, health & fitness, recipes, you name it. The admins are cool about suggestions for improvement so I'm sure the site will evolve over time. We even have the occasional snarky post, just like here.

I love it here, but will wander by and check it out because on-line friends are free no matter how many you have. ;-)
Thanks!!

Thanks! I'll check it out. I subscribed to Cooking Light for years and had a pile of their annual recipe cookbooks before we downsized.
