A 'like' to anyone who can correctly identify this.

I have no idea what sewage the severed arm is floating in. Looks like suds but I know that's wrong, assume human waste

I guess part of the Olympic Village already caught fire due to a gas leak. According to this article, the Brazilian officials are ready to swap venues for various events based on where sewage/garbage is floating on any given day. On a positive note, I've never been more appreciative of our governments' commitment to treating sewage.

According to Wiki, the suds are most likely some combination of fats, oils, and lighter-than-water industrial waste.

At least the athletes have a known date where they can leave. It's hard to imagine that so many people in the world live under such conditions. No kidding. I recall once seeing something where a guy moved from a (unnamed) third world country to somewhere in Europe (probably England.) He said he couldn't get over the fact that there was so much clean water that people sh*t in it. I guess a lifetime of struggling to get enough clean water to survive really gave him perspective. It blows my mind how much whining people in this country do. They have no idea.

For those of us that will remain unnamed: are you still wondering why the EPA exists and should continue to exist?
