Chile is just CRUSHING Mexico. Not a surprise that they are winning since they are the defending champions from last year, but not like this. 2-0 at halftime, three quick goals to start the second half, and now a sixth. Mexico hadn't lost a game in a year, and was playing in California so basically a home game.
U.S. won in Seattle on Thursday in a game that was hectic late, but will be without three players in the next game against Argentina (the best team in the tournament.)

Chile always had a good team unlike Mexico that has a hectic record.
Even if the US team was double stacked(as in having all best players from the last 20 years forming one team) in a game against Argentina, the chances of winning would be slim at best. US had come long ways in the last 10-12 years in soccer but there is still long ways to the point where it becomes a team that would be considered a worthy adversary by most European teams or South American teams.

All true. I don't expect the Americans to win, but it is nice that they are in the semis. Argentina is very good and should probably dominate.
