I think they are replying to the OP Not about foot problems. We sorta went off topic YM Off-topic went off-topic into a slightly naughty direction. Who coulda possibly predicted that might happen? I would be so very disappointed if we didn't go off topic. Maybe dirty ankles would be a better option for the OP

Lol, men are stupid. Ok, let me clarify that to say, SOME men are stupid. Bike riding can be great exercise if you can tolerate it and you like it. You have to do any exercise at an intensity where you are actually sweating or working hard. I used to teach water aerobics years ago, and there was always a bunch of socializers who never did see results. If you can easily chat with your neighbor throughout the entire class, you are not trying hard enough! Loony, find something you like to do, really, you gotta get some kind of physical activity. And try to watch funny shows or movies, that always boosts my mood. I love funny shows and commercials but I cant ride a bike while watching. Laying down is the only pose I can perform...watching funny things...whatever they are

OK! Let me explain. When I am bending I am nauseaus, when I am laying of a floor I am lightheaded, when I am running I am running back home right after I had started. When I am doing sit ups I am falling after the firs one. When I am laying face down I am falling asleep. When I am putting hands up I am starting to look for underarms hair...distractive! When I am getting on my knees I am starting to pray. Went to the gym once. Undressing and dressing into a gym clothes makes me lightheaded. Exersising made me sick. I can't stand sweating. Going to a shower makes me feel like I am'in a boot camp. Dressing back up makes me tired. Coming home and unloading all this wet crap makes me wanna NEVER GO BACK there! How do you guys dealing with it I have NO idea. Am I 'different'. Not that I ever had a suspicion...

So, basically you wake up in the morning and the rest of the day just goes SPLAT! from there? Looking at your excuses here sounds like there's nothing you can or will do to improve yourself. You're not happy with the way things are, but you don't want to make an effort to fix things because oh deary me, it makes you sweat? We deal with it through practice, doing it regularly until it's a part of everyday living. No unicorn magic, no popping a pill, no wishful thinking.
