This week I cooked on my night shift, adding individual meatloaves (cooked in muffin tins), french toast (using the bread and eggs before they went bad--I don't like frozen "regular" bread), and twice baked potatoes. I've already baked some of the potatoes from the freezer, and they cooked up just fine, with the potato skin even coming out slightly crispy.

Oh, I also cooked a large batch of chili and froze it in sandwich sized ziplock bags (so they stack easy). I would have done them in the foodsaver bags, but I didn't bring that to work.
