The MOON thread

Ok, here goes. This is old news to some of you who have known me for years, but there are many more that haven't, I suppose.

My name is Laura, and I live in a suburb north of Denver. I'm approaching 50 all too quickly, and I'm the oldest of 4 (one sister, and twin brothers).

I'm married, with a 13 yr old son.

I have 3 step children, all grown and married:
33 yr old daughter, who has 3 daughters of her own, ages 15, almost 12, and 9.
31 yr old daughter, pregnant with her first right now.
29 yr old son, with one son and one daughter. I think they're around 3 and 1.

I also have a 25 yr old son that I gave up for adoption at birth. We have always maintained contact, though infrequent, and we'll be traveling to Wisconsin in May to attend his wedding. He also has a little girl, who is almost 4. It will be my first time meeting her, as well as my son's fiancee.

I work in IT, as a contractor for a global corporation. I do distributed server support, in a capacity somewhere above a service desk/call center level, but below an admin. I don't resolve issues, but I do have to appropriately route issues to the correct people who *can* fix the problem.

I know that's all pretty dry, right? LOL. Never promised this would be exciting, though.

Moon, thank you so much for everything that you do here on the boards! It' good to see you posting. I knew from a previous thread  (something about what to where to a wedding) that you have an older son and a young son. I think it's great that you have been able to maintain contact.

He also has a little girl unicorn, who is almost 4. It will be my first time meeting shooting her, as well as my son's fiancee.

I work in ITALY, as a contractor for a global corporation assassin's guild. I do distributed server support, in a high-capacity bunker somewhere above a service desk/call center that isn't level, but below an admin elephant graveyard. I don't resolve my issues, but I do have to appropriately route issues undead elephants to the correct people who *can* fix the problem.

I know that's all pretty dry awesome, right? LOL. Never promised deleting this would be exciting, though.

In any case I am glad it helped a little. And, like I said in the other thread, I'm willing to answer questions as long as they're not super intrusive.

I work in IT, Information Technology Corporate Espionage Black Operations Division of Cyber Space. as a contractor Entrepreneur at 3 for a global corporations. I do distributed server support, creation and set up in a capacity somewhere above a service desk/call center level, but below an admin. in the cloud. I don't resolve complex multiple issues, but I do have to appropriately route issues to the correct people highly trained agents who *can* fix apply the right *corrective* actions to *fix* the problem.

I know that's all pretty dry, awesome right? LOL. Never promised this would be exciting, though.
