I filled this out tonight. I will post most of my results and list the scores I earned towards each candidate tomorrow. I will tell you I was all over the board on this one, but the questions do make you sort of change some of your answers, messing the accuracy. I also answered any drop down questions for more stats to be deciphered. I did not write any answers in where you had an opportunity. www.isidewith.com/elections/2016-presidential-quizI will say, I had Hillary dead last in the comparison.

Scoring HAS TO BE screwed up. Eight candidates: 71% 70% 69% 68% 68% 67% 67% 66%
All eight were named in the "Candidates you side with by issue" section. And it also had me as "Centrist" of course.
Maybe it really is just one party after all?
I was again very slightly left of center, but interestingly was somewhat less libertarian in this test than most others lately. Must be tired....

Must be tired.... see if you like this one better. i got 73% on one end and 5% on the other: www.ontheissues.org/Quiz/Quiz2016.asp#sec0i don't like quizzes like this that return over an 80% positive result. i just don't think that is sensible. if i agree with my candidate 2/3 of the time on controversial issues, that is good enough for me.

I took it last night and I was between 64% and 87% "in agreement" with ALL OF THEM (based on ONLY the questions they asked, obviously).
Funny thing is... I was almost tied on Sanders (86%) and Trump (87%).

Not even close to the same (except for again a tie between Sanders & Trump... this time at 35% each). My highest percentage in this one was 43% Cruz... I need to go vomit now.

Absolutely NO surprise at all that Ted Cruz was in LAST place out of 25 candidates. Also unsurprising that Rick Santorum was next to last. It did indicate that George Pataki would have been my highest-rated Republican candidate. The limited research that I did on him earlier showed him as the most moderate choice on that side.

I promised to list my scores, so here goes. I will also list the candidate I lined up with. 89% Trump (surprised I am that high, as he is not my man) 84% Cruz (nasty state's rights issue probably got me there) 78% Rubio (I am shocked) 72% Johnson (dj is probably happy with this one) 68% Kasich (there are some normal thoughts in my head after all!) 64% Sanders (well, he and Trump do hold like beliefs on some issues) 60% Clinton (well, here again, at least everyone is above 50%) Moderately right wing Believe in economic freedom Society based on morals and values Unified culture score 38 Populism 66 Traditional 50 Individualism 46 (surprised I was that low) Centrist 8 Globalization 12 Then there was a sentence about socialism that I seemed to favor, so I stopped reading Problem with the questions were there were categories where I had to settle for an answer when answering

Yes, and also did the "add your own stance" or whatever they called it to have a more nuanced response. Very tight range, which is why I questioned the scoring. Of course, I have always said that I hold liberal positions on some issues and conservative positions on others....

Yes, and also did the "add your own stance" or whatever they called it to have a more nuanced response. Very tight range, which is why I questioned the scoring. I did not add any actual argument from my perspective. I just used the drop box to see further choices, and chose the one best suited to my stance.

That's what I meant. I used their expanded choices rather than writing in a new and different one.

That's what I meant. I used their expanded choices rather than writing in a new and different one. In all honesty, it is one thing to let internet sites to "know your choices" and quite another thing to post everything you know and believe in for them so they can sell something to someone else. I fear business knowing more about me than big government. Apple, Facebook, and Google know much more about you than Uncle Sam.
