We are trying to assess a commercial tenant's ability to cure a delinquency.
We can see a large amount on a State Tax Delinquency. Is there a place to look up Federal Tax Delnqencies using the Business Name?
Any help/direction would be appreciated.

If IRS filed a lean it would generally be filed in the State/County where the taxpayer (no pun intended) does business, or where the business property on which the lien is filed is located. The County records are public records and most Counties are "on line" with most if not all of their records. You could call IRS and ask if they will "DISCLOSE" the fact that a lien has been filed, but I have never heard of them doing that. Added thoughts: If your client is a creditor then it (you) should be able to get a credit report and that should disclose any and all liens filed on the debtor.
