If a country didn't want the people having excessive numbers of children like where their was not enough food could the government spike the water with something or encourage people to enjoy something that might make them have fewer children? I am infertile so know the pain of not being able to reproduce so wouldn't do it but what if they could?
Ethiopia is starving again so parents are selling off daughter for the dowry very young. I read paying the parents something like a chicken or two a year for not marrying off daughter would make them delay selling her. I think paying them not to have excessive numbers of children is better than tricking them.

Green tea or something if it did work could be used as a free beverage but advise women trying to conceive to not drink it or sell bottled water for them saying it helped cause pregnancy.

Just saw an episode that says Chinese are allowing second child because of how fast nation is getting old. However youngsters aren't so starting to breed because they had figured out by now that is cheaper to have just one. So there somebody's eyes getting round!

No kidding, she claims to be on birth control but nothing works. She was going to have a tubal ligation after the 5th, changed her mind. At this point she expects everyone to take pity on her, because she has so many kids, she also expects to inherit the most $, because she needs it the most. When my in-laws die, it's going to be ugly, but that's another topic.

Fortunately we don't do holidays with my wife's family anymore, everyone is too spread out, and the two SILs that have the most drama in their lives have moved out of state. We mainly find out about things via Facebook or through secondhand info. My SIL actually tried to get her mother to sign a document giving her the right to take care of her in her final years, in exchange for unrestricted access to her checking account. My MIL was smart enough to tear it up, but who even tries such a thing? Crazy redneck baby factories apparently.

Where there's a will there's a way, I can think of at least two positions where that wouldn't work.

She put that in writing? Actual words on paper? Basically saying "Is it OK if I rob you blind, just as long as I feed you and roll you over on the mattress every so often?"
