So I show videos in my class. But youtube / internet has been acting up lately in my classroom spoiling my videos.....any way to copy these vides from the internet to my C drive or to a disk?

I think downloading YouTube videos is a violation of their terms of service. That said, there are videos on YouTube of how to download YouTube videos if you do a search on their site.

You can look up the videos on genyoutube dot com, I think--they have various format options for download.
