Does anyone know the name of this movie.... I remember watching it in the late 70s or early 80s. It was about teenagers who were getting in trouble and at the end they were on a bus going to reform school. The younger friends/siblings were standing on an overpass waving to them. One of the central characters had a younger brother who was mute and he answered the phone and people would talk to him.
