I remember reading a recipe for some quesadilla like dish..interesting name, stared with a ta...??
all i remember was refried beans, on a tortilla, in an oven...there was something about black beans too Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about??

I made that allrecipes chicken tostadas recipe a few times before. They were good. I made a few adjustments based on the reviews. I did not mash up the beans but sauteed them a bit. I also sauteed the onions. I served with fresh guacamole and sour cream.
