I've watched two episodes so far and thought it was really good. I think anyone who is an introvert would especially enjoy it. The main characters interactions with people are very funny.

And the newer ones that I have checked out (Dig, that one I can't remember the name of that has the guy from Les Mis...) haven't been anything great.

Dh is really into it. I think it's highly intelligent writing, the acting is very good, and for once we have a plausible plot.
There are elements that I don't think add to the story in any way, and to be honest those are really turning me off.
I get that the "hero" isn't perfect - BUT they glamorize the flaw wayyyyy to much IMHO and it's really out of character (from what I know of those types, heck - I'm one myself) for them to engage in those activities.
Don't want to put spoilers out, but if you've watched the show you know what I'm talking about.

I watched it a couple of times. I liked it okay but I only have so much time and there are other shows I like better so I dropped it. Showtime is now available on my Roku and I have been watching a bunch of those series. If it comes to Netflix I might try it again. I have only had cable for a few months because they gave me a really good deal but it seems like I continue to mainly watch stuff I stream on my Roku (with the exception of TNT - I LOVE Major Crimes, Rizzoli and Isles, and Falling Skies).

If the flaw is the one I'm thinking of, they sort of allude to an explanation to it a few episodes in.

If you're talking about the event he shares with the blonde chick I'd call that empty fluff.

They show him as a kid with his Mom and she's basically just being a jerk and belittling him, in another scene she may have even pushed him. So I assumed it was due to his awful childhood It's kind of fluffy I guess but seems like it could happen. I don't think they are really glamorizing that lifestyle though. Seems scary as hell to me!

I have heard good things about this show but haven't tried to watch. Maybe when my regular summer shows are done I will check it out on demand.

So I was off today and instead of doing the list of things I needed to do around the house I binge watched the whole season of this show. I think I like it. LOL It was just so all over the place and hard to follow sometimes. But interesting enough to keep me watching. I agree the writing and acting is very good. I think I will watch it next season.

Okay so after enjoying the first season very much I have to say I am having a hard time with the 2nd one. I have only watched 4 episodes but I am lost. It is so all over the place and very confusing and I am losing interest. Is anyone else watching season 2? What do you think?

It's ok but not as good as season 1. Angela is particularly annoying this season, IMO.

I was going to watch it, but forgot to set the DVR. I will have to see if I can find the episodes I missed. I have always enjoyed the USA shows, but they keep cancelling the ones that I watch (Monk, Psych, Necessary Roughness, Covert Affairs, Sirens), so I am just down to Suits and Royal Pains. And the newer ones that I have checked out (Dig, that one I can't remember the name of that has the guy from Les Mis...) haven't been anything great. And White Collar I need to start watching Mr. Robot since I hear it is good. Some of the newer USA shows just haven't held my attention very long. I Like Suits but not a fan of prison shows so have let that one slide lately.

And now White Collar is gone, too. So I don't watch any usa shows. Maybe I will try out Mr. Robot.
