Here's the new Supplements thread cause the other was well old. so what are you taking and why are you taking it ?
I got my supplement order today. I had to change the Krill Oil gels that I was taking cause it had Sorbitol in it and my heart hates both Sorbitol and Stevia.
I got :
NEM - 90 VCAPS + 30 VCAPS FREE! - I find this is awesome for my lower back pain and my right hip pain.
NEPTUNE KRILL OIL 500MG - 120SOFTGELS - This is my new one that replaced the one with Sorbitol in it. I take it for the brain and heart.
VITAMIN D3 1000IU BOGO - 180 SOFTGELS + 180 SOFTGELS - My mood food, lol
MAGNESIUM CITRATE 200MG - 250 TABS + 100 TABS FREE! - Taking for my heart.
INNO-Q-NOL UBIQUINOL COQ10 100MG - 60 SOFTGELS - Taking for my heart.

Some multivitamin.
Iron-I've been exhausted lately and realized it could be partly because I rarely eat red meat and have gotten away from eating huge amounts of spinach.
Vitamin D3-I'm a vampire and don't see the sun that much. Figured it couldn't hurt.
That's it for now. I've tried some others but they didn't make me happier or smarter, only poorer, so I stopped taking them.

Sugi - that's very interesting about the Sorbitol issue. I cannot tolerate sorbitol or malitol, so I need to check my supplements, too.
I take a multi (Centrum Over 50), D-3, Vitamin C, flush-free niacin, a turmeric capsule and an Omega-3 fish oil. I will look into the krill oil when my fish oil runs out. When I have injury issues, I add zinc.
