Rules:

And isn't Puerto Rico defaulting today? No. They made some kind of multi-million dollar payment today, but this is not the payment that will break them. They have another one due in about a month (I think) that they might not be able to cover. The Governor stated they have too much debt in bonds to pay off at current rates, on time of the notes coming due. |
