LOS ANGELES – The man who sold his Southern California home to "Octomom" Nadya Suleman said Sunday that he's going ahead with eviction proceedings because she hasn't made a long overdue $450,000 payment.

Amer Haddadin said he'll evict Suleman if she and her lawyer Jeff Czech don't pay the balance on the house by Friday. A balloon payment was due Oct. 9.

"I think they have money, but they are hiding the money," Haddadin said.

Suleman and Czech were served notice on Dec. 2 by mail and by hand, Haddadin said. He expects the eviction to be speedy.

Suleman and her 14 children have lived in the 4-bedroom house for nearly two years, ever since she brought her octuplets home to the quiet cul-de-sac in La Habra, about 25 miles east of Los Angeles. Her father purchased the home for $565,000, including a $130,000 down payment.

Suleman's father, Ed Doud, cut a deal with Haddadin for the house because a traditional bank loan wasn't available to Suleman, who is unmarried and unemployed. She previously lived with her mother in a small Whittier home before that house was foreclosed on.

In April, Haddadin granted a 6-month extension on the remaining balance, and says that as a Jordanian, he took pity on a fellow Arab in a tough spot, and pledged to help Doud, who is Palestinian.

Haddadin said Czech and Suleman became joint owners of the house in August, after her father transferred the deed from his name.

Reached by phone Sunday, Czech said he had no immediate comment except that Suleman has been making $4,000 payments every month.

Suleman already had six small children before giving birth to the octuplets. All 14 children were conceived through in vitro fertilization.

I don't really care if her house is taken away from her, but her children should be taken away from her for sure, so they can stand a chance of becoming something besides irresponsible morons like their mother

Those poor children. Three of her first six children were receiving social security payments because of disabilities/disorders. She couldn't meet their needs. And then she went on to have the octuplets - who surely will have some problems that require an active, available parent.

I don't feel one bit sorry for her. I feel really sorry for her poor children who didn't ask to be brought into that situation and will pay for having the great misfortune of having that wack-a-doo for a mother.

How did her kids qualify for SSI when Social Security counts the parents' resources? She had all this money for IVFs? Sorry, I have never followed her story b/c it was sickening.

I do feel sorry for her kids though.

Nope, I think John & Kate pretty much sucked the multiples market dry.

Now if she was a midget, had midgets or was one of three wives THEN she could possibly have a show on TLC.

Some of the kids are considered disabled. Parental resources don't count the same way with SS disability.

I don't know, I thought I had read somewhere the outpouring of loot when they were born never happened to a huge extent. She's definitely got major problems trying to provide for that many kids and the idiot has said that she would like to have more.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — "Octomom" Nadya Suleman and her 14 children could avoid being evicted from their suburban home if the mortgage holder cuts a deal with a porn kingpin.

After giving Suleman repeated warnings to pay the $450,000 that's due or get out, Amer Haddadin says he's now considering an offer from Vivid Entertainment co-founder Steve Hirsch to foot the bill.

Suleman has repeatedly declined Hirsch's offers — $1 million at one point — to appear in porn videos.

Hirsch said Suleman could keep her clothes on and work as a Vivid representative, a role similar to a master of ceremonies, welcoming people to Vivid parties

Honestly that is creepy and pretty much harassement, as much as I dislike Octomom's decisions I hope she doesn't accept this creeps offer just because she needs the money.
