Sir Barton: He was charged to set the Pace at the Kentucky Derby then as he ran out of O2 let his stable mate win: But Sir Barton won wire to wire by 5 lengths. Then did it wire to wire two more times. He then did it again for fourth major race in 1919. Yes: he was the horse of 1919. He won four of the largest races in 1919 by 5 length : wire to wire by 5 lengths. That will get you a !! Just one for the race that has been the problem for the long race for years; .
His Grandfather won the Triple Crown: then in England 1893!

True Story" I used to own a mule that was the great grand daughter x ? of Sir Barton. she did not know how to loose a 50 mile race. Also she was as sure footed as any goat every brought. I lent her to a friend and never got her back. He planned to pack her into the high camp loaded with supply's and out with the elk. He rode her out as his horse was not as stable on the high path.
