Robert Bates, I Wonder If he Is Back From Vacation?

Does any one remember who Robert Bates is?

Here let me help,  He was the volunteer deputy that shot the man on the ground, held down by other deputies with his hand behind his back,  thinking it was a tazer,

Then a judge allowed Robert Bates to go on a luxury vacation,  Do you think a judge would let me go on vacation after I shot some one?
