I came across this site by accident today and had to post it.
www.food.com/user/1634/all?pn=17
These are all recipes made for 1 person with few ingredients. It took a little while to get all the pictures d/l but for me it was worth the wait.

There's some nice tasty looking recipe's on that link. I might try out a few in the future.
Robert, cooking for 1, or living alone does not mean a person is lonely.

And I don't live alone, I ended up on that site because the pancake picture posted looked so good. Since there are just the 2 of us, we often split meals or have half for lunch and the rest for dinner.

Today I will be making a BIG batch of precooked chicken (soup) wher the chicken meat will be used in the soup AND stir frys, fajitas, stroganoff, in salads, with pasta,................

I will have to check out the non-meat recipes and see if there is anything I might like. I don't cook much, so it would have to be something simple.

BG I did look over the recipes. I already do about 1/3 and am not into the rest. However, it did remind me to make stroganoff.
