sigh. I cannot decide if I want to remain anonymous or ask to join the FB group. Can you start a FB account with a fake name? Some of the FB names on there seem to be mixes of real first names and made up last names.
And like oped said, I can't always match FB names with YMAM names.

I actually pretty well have swamp and sam and chiver and crone and obviously Carl down. Hard to misinterpret Carl. A few have the same pic as here, but even here I get people confused sometimes  (too many cat lovers!) I have a few 'don't know irl' homeschoolers on Facebook as well though, so sometimes I confuse who is ymam and who is hs... |

In case a one wants to be in the group but not my friend is there a way? for a secret group, I think if the person has the group's particular URL and can click "request to join" or whatever, then it's possible. it's been awhile since I've had to think about it, the rules may have changed with any of the FB "upgrades" along the way. and yes, there's a lot of you in that group that I have no clue who you are on here... |

Just FYI, I'm going to take at least 2 weeks off here and facebook starting tomorrow. I need to reset myself. I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off, gaining weight and spending way too much money... truth is I have hours in the day, but I'm spending them playing online instead  ... So I have to put myself on a time out. |

FB didn't react kindly when I tried to create a fake account a couple years ago. It was attached to a different e-mail but they still threatened to deactivate both accounts. I had to explain why I was trying to create a second account before they finally allowed me to keep my original account and they deleted the second one.

I just decided to use my real one and not be anonymous. But like others have said, I can't keep track of everyone. Some people I've figured out, but most, no clue. I have a "fake" account where I friended a bunch of people several years ago, but I got added to the group on my real account because I was friends with a few people (more now) - I'm ok with it, I'm kind of over being anonymous, I'm just too lazy to try very hard to be anonymous |

I've noticed Kittensaver, Rockit, and The Captain also missing lately.
Hell, I'm still missing Susanb who left a long time ago - along with some others.  Susanb was able to post what I wanted to say very eloquently. And she was a sweetheart.
But Yay! Our sweet Angel (imanangel) is still here and Dark and Empire came back!
