Great play by the ND gal getting the deflection and putting it right up. And their defense at the end. Was it the same player who made the shot who forced the SC player to grab the ball on the sideline and attempt the wild three pointer? Nice game to watch. Does ND have a chance against Connecticut? Watched the first half of that one and lost interest.

I don't think ND has much chance against the power house that is UConn. I mean, who has even come close to them? And there were some really great college women's games this year! Awesome! Unless they find a way to neutralize Breanna Stewart, I don't think they have a chance.

Tonight's game should be good - unless Duke does it too frequent sneaky little "wow they are up by a dozen" runs. I have been a Duke fan (okay, more a Coach K fan) for years but have to admit that I won't be unhappy if Wisconsin gets a title for a change.

I think UK men's got ahead by 4 pts and they began to slow the game down trying to play very cautiously. I think that is what came back to bite them. They had at least 4 possessions where they then didn't score and went cold.

I had a hard time with the sports announcers during the Kentucky -Wisconsin game. They were homer's for Kentucky, proud of it, and kept telling the audience they were for Kentucky. They would complain about missed calls against Wisconsin, when Kentucky was hacking away all night, without a mention of it. I loved it when the Kentucky player jumped over the Wisconsin player with the ball, almost beheaded him, and there was no foul. What a joke. End of game and some players walked off, without the handshake.....then the press conference where one player made a racist remark uder his breath about the Wisconsin center. Have to give the Kentucky coach his credit. Press conference, he was nothing nut professional, calm, and dignified.
Myself, I had only seen Wisconsin once this year, then watched them the first weekend of the NCAA'S. After that weekend, I said they could beat Kentucky. I was surprised how good their big guys were bringing the ball up the court, against opposing guards.
I hope Wisconsin wins, but Duke with coach K will be tough. Coach K will have them ready, and his center is something to watch.

Do you remember what station you were watching? For fans who prefer a bit of home-team bias with their play-by=play, alternate broadcasts on the two Turner sub-networks will feature more familiar voices.
...
The rematch between Kentucky and Wisconsin on Saturday will feature former Wildcats star Rex Chapman on the "Team Stream" for his alma mater on TNT and ex-Badger Mike Kelley on truTV.

I watched the first half and had to go out. I recorded the second half. When I went to watch it, somehow I hit a button that took me to the post game celebration. Damn.
