1 medium baked spud (mashed while hot)
Add 1 lb (3 1/2 cups) powdered sugar and beat
Add one tablespoon butter
one can moist coconut (no idea how much this is)
2 squares chocolate melted to drizzle on top
Cream together well and spread into an 8" x 8" buttered pan. Drizzle with chocolate.
