I love that part!!!! Just watching all 3 coaches trying not to die of laughter and Principal Carter finally loses it and cracks up in her face. Great scene. Porky's is just such a classic. I have all 3 on dvd, although yes, the third was rather stupid.

Any number of scenes from either The Rocky Horror Picture Show or Blazing Saddles.
I'm such a Luddite. I'm going pretty far back time-wise on my choices, but I can still watch either of those and laugh.

The bridal shop scene in the movie Bridesmaids. I can relate to the bad food results. The Maya Rudolph character's 'meltdown' in the street is especially funny.

Cousin Eddie's dickie in Christmas Vacation is my personal favorite for funniest detail.

Funniest ever is tough...
But the opening scene to Super Troopers is really funny.

The café scene about the pie in "When Harry met Sally". It just hits so many notes on soooooo many levels.
To this day I still think DH doesn't quite get all the humor I see in it.

The scene in Rat Race where Seth Green and the other guy are trying to pull down the airplane tower with their JEEP. From the same movie the scene with Kathy Bates and the squirrels.
I also laughed so hard I couldn't breath during the gasoline fight in Zoolander.

Which Monty Python to choose...? The Holly Grail! The scene of the two guards at the castle arguing about the two halve coconuts and their provenience. And "Naked Gun" where OJ by himself keeps on shooting and only the Germans are falling. He runs out of bullets and somebody hands him over a loaded gun over the bushes.

The scene in The Big Lebowski where Walter rants about Vietnam and then spreads Donnys ashes and the wind caused it to go mostly on The Dude.

That's the first thing I thought of as well! I can see why guys wouldn't think much of the scene, though. But the Porkys is hysterical as well. Remember the "paging" scene with the phone?

A couple weeks ago. I was stuck in a hotel room channel surfing. As I was clicking I heArd the music from Beverly Hills Cop and saw the scene where the Eddie Murphy character puts the banana in the tailpipe. There are several other scenes that are hilarious.
My favorite piece of trivia about the movie is that it was originally supposed to star Sylvester Stallone and just be a cop movie. Eddie Murphy made that movie a hit.

At our house, when life is handing us too many lemons, we watch "Blazing Saddles" together. Totally politically incorrect, bawdy, but very funny!

Can't pick just one.
Nick Cage running through town carrying a bag of diapers and wearing 'panties on his head' in Raising Arizona.
Robert Downey Jr accidentally peeing on the dead woman in his hotel bathroom in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
In the British version of Death at a Funeral - pretty much the whole movie, but especially when the guy who was supposedly dead (but wasn't) flings open the coffin and knocks it over trying to get out.
Bathroom fight scene in Pineapple Express.
Hugo Weaving, playing a blind guy, trying to explain to the doctor why he was driving a car in Proof - "I forgot."

Caddy Shack, when Rodney Dangerfield in the pro shop says" when you buy a hat like this, I bet you get free bowl of soup" and then asks Ted Knight on the golf course " hey whitey, wheres your hat"

I gotta roll with busymom on this one.
Blazing Saddles is horribly, horribly crass and politically incorrect on every.single.level. - - and totally of the charts funny. It would NEVER be made by today's standards.

I have to agree with several of you that "Blazing Saddles" is a classic. You can't watch it for 2 minutes without some off-color or corny ridiculous humor - or play on words/punch-lines. Mongo and Gene Wilder - as well as Clevon Little and Harvey Korman as "Hedley Larmar" and Madeline Kahn as Lili Von Shtupp - Priceless!
As are most of Mel Brooks' movies. Classic humor at it's finest. "Young Frankenstein" was another.

The scene in "The Jerk" where the nutty guy is trying to shoot Steve Martin and keeps hitting the oil cans instead.
