Just a counterpoint to the many threads suggesting otherwise:
www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/sec/2015/01/27/vanderbilt-players-verdict-guilty-rape-vandenburg-batey/22430567/

Since a guilty verdict was found in your link located in the OP, you have answered your own question that titles the thread. What was the point you were trying to make in starting the thread. I'm at a loss.

Some people don't believe it was a rape.
But the real point was to post the one thread not attacking the system over college rape prosecutions, or making fun of attempts to curb date rape or calling it a myth as other threads have done.

Some people are morons.
Passed out, and someone has sex with the body... that's rape. Plain and simple.
The many cases where it was even debated (as far as I recall anyway) is when the person was drunk but still voluntarily participatory, or "said yes".

I believe it was a rape in that incident. College campus' do seem to have a higher rate of that type of crime. I also believe that sometimes situations will occur that are aimed to take advantage of the rate of college campus sex crimes. Young men and women in higher education need to get their noses out of their electronic distractions and/or chemical mental distortions and pay attention to whats going on around them in the real world. As a side benefit they might even pick up a usable education.
