I bought the first 1985 IROC-Z in Phoenix, paid big money for it thinking I was buying a rare car. Yea right in two years there was more IROC's than you could count. The $75000 Camaro is a special edition, 25 years down the road if your take care of will be worth some real $$$$. The Vette will just be another Vette. I still have my 1969 Dodge Coronet RT that I Pickup used in 1976, I need to restore it. You know what you have- restore that car or sell it to me.
Had a lot of friends back in the day racing these on the street- Hemis with dual carbs- raced anything from the Scamp to the Roadrunners, Superbees and Barracudas.
My fastest car was a 68 Nova that was street legal- but I will never forget the ride I took in a Roadrunner when I was a kid- put me in the seat so hard I could not move.
So how much you want for the Dodge?

EVT1 Since I had the 69 RT for 38 years I most likely not going to sell it. I also have a super straight 1966 two door hardtop Coronet, Not an RT though. Some of the thing I built was a 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser I put a built 440 in it. Spent many hours adapting a lakewood scatershield to the Toy trans. This thing was REALLY scary at over 100 mph. the fastest thing I built was 1976 Dodge Warlock full time 4X4, I put a half inch stroker crankshaft in a 440, .060 bore, good for 512 C.I., dish top pistons, a real radical solid lifter cam, (I always like the sound of solid lifters) 2" primary tube headers.( starter clearance problems) 800 Holley double pumper carb, nitrous oxide, B&M super holeshot converter, The engine was painted Chrysler blue, used a small roadrunner base plate for the air filter, a large single snorkle air filter top with a plate that said 400 cubic inch two barrel. I used the large top to hide all the nitrous tubes and solenoids inside of it. 4800# truck, 0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds. Yeaa, I took A lot of money from other people that thought they had a fast car. For some of the older hot rodders here. I had a bunch of Max Wedge 413 stuff I sold.

Without looking it up, the Camaro probably has SLP upgrades, that can tack a hefty premium on the car. I have a 35th anniversary Camaro SS SLP at home, fun car to drive, but I have only put 12,000 miles on it since 2002. I had to choose between this one and a 2002 corvette, glad I bought the Camaro.

I had a '66 Chevy II Nova, with a 396cid hotrodded to the max. My fastest car was a '65 Satellite with a 426cid dual quad hemi. I kept the Satellite till the leaded gas became hard to get (mid 1970's?). It just wasn't as good with no-lead gas with the lead additive. I did use 110oct. av-gas for awhile. Now my speed toy is a hot-rod boat.
