I sat in front of it and didn't watch a bit of it. I think I was reading. Oops.

Icey, he wasn't in this episode. This was a Fornell & Gibbs episode so I liked it. I always like when they pair the two of them. So I finally watched and it was a to be continued so he should be in the next 2 episodes.

I started watching the episode on Tuesday but for the life of me I could not stay with it. I did read a complete recap by some author on Yahoo or Google news though. I still didn't get the drift of it. I guess I should just give up . I will most likely just catch it on reruns. I do want to know how they get rid of Tony. And maybe try to pick it up in new season just to see.
I just can't admit that it has really run its course for me as one of the few shows I stuck with more than 4 straight yrs!!

Recorded to watch later but kept toggling back and forth to see what was going on. So friggin predictable ending. I posted a while back about a ziva baby. Have to go look for post. Are the two other "new" people going to be new people on the show now?
I found it - I was wrong by ziva showing up - unless she really isn't dead but had baby part right!!!

I finally have DVR and all that jazz so I can record and watch later. I promise not to reveal any more on this thread under threat of being flogged!! Or any other thread for that matter

I personally thought it was a really good send off but I seem to be in the minority. I was glad they included Senior since he may not be back again with Tony gone. I thought MW acting was great when he had a melt down when Gibbs tried to send him home. I was in tears when he was. Close out with the elevator door closing. I thought it was well done all the way around. I kept it on my DVR for future viewing.

I have not seen either of the 2 part finale and I am soooo pissed at my On Demand service. I usually watch this one a week behind and when I tried to watch last week's on Tuesday night I kept getting an error saying they were having problems with the episode. Same thing on Weds night and then last night it was gone completely! I will NOT watch the finale without seeing the first part of it first so who knows how long it will take for me to see it. I might have to wait until the season comes out on DVD. But I kind of know what happened based on the FB posts so no worries about spoilers. Oh and based on the FB feedback people really like the British hunk a lot but don't care for the FBI chick. Anybody else have an opinion on them?

Same opinion. I like the British guy. He is easier to look at than understand at times though. I don't dislike the FBI woman. I barely even noticed her.

I tend to like dramatic endings like bullet to the forehead, gunned down by 4 or 5 killers!!! I know, I know, I have a macabre sense of humor. But I will also give NCIS another try with the Brit guy and I to didn't even notice the other agent that much so will hold judgment on her.
Oh for the faithful watchfuls can you tell me what happened to McGhees wife/girlfriend? I lost that thread in my half assed watching it for the last two or three years. I think she was in a wheelchair? TYIA!!

She is in a wheelchair. They sort of let her story line fade for a while. Recently they showed her & Tim living together & he is thinking about proposing. I think she came in to help Abby on a case this season too.

Well they fixed the problem with the finale so I was finally able to watch both of them. Love the British hunk! But I don't think he needs the facial hair. Why hide that beautiful face! Oh and I understood every word he said. I do watch a lot of British shows so it wasn't hard for me to understand him. But Lexxy Ducky is British too? Do you not understand him when he talks? Although Clayton's tone is a bit softer than Ducky's so maybe that has something to do with it. I found the FBI chick a bit to antagonistic in the 1st part but okay in the 2nd part. Based on Gibb's last line I think they will both be regulars next season.

I mostly could understand the new guy but he sometimes seemed to trail the end of his sentences off quietly. Or maybe I'm just getting old & the hearing is going

Lot's of casting news here. I don't think the FBI chick went over well with fans so she is out. BUT the British hunk is in!! And they are adding 2 more agents which I don't get. They need 3 of them to replace DiNozzo? If they were also getting rid of Bishop, I WISH, then maybe. Wilmer Valderrama, I never watched the 70's Show so I know nothing about him. Jennifer Esposito, she was apparently on Blue Bloods which I have never watched. But I have seen her guest star on some shows I watch and she might do okay. Blue Bloods fans seem to really like her.
Any thoughts?

I liked her on Blue Bloods, it's not quite the same without her really. Took a couple of tries/actresses before they stuck with a replacement. I'm going to have a hard time not thinking Fez! when I see Valderama though. Hopefully he'll do good and I'll forget Fez

I don't see much of Bishop but I keep forgetting to watch consistently. I must miss the episodes where she's front and center.

So did anyone watch the premiere? As usual for me the best parts were the Fornell/Gibbs scenes. I thought the plot was confusing though.

Yes I still watch this one a week behind so I have just seen the premiere. I like both the newbies well enough and can't wait for Clayton to come back in episode 5! And I agree the Gibbs/Fornell relationship is a hoot!
On a side note very sad about the sudden passing of Gary Glasberg. RIP

I've watched a couple episodes with the new characters. There is no one of the show that has a "edge" about them. All turning into silly, milk toast characters. Ok, that's my take on it and probably drop again to catch up on reruns when nothing else on.
I have starting catching up on some of the new shows, but my experience is if I like them they disappear
