I know Prentiss isn't coming back but no one has fit in as well since. They should give her more money.


Hotch should look a little worn out by now, it's not like they've been kind to him. Or any of them really.

From what I have read it wasn't about more money she was ready to move on.

Not the best decision IMO.  I haven't seen her in anything else.

I love Spencer & Morgan.  I didn't get into the show until about 2 years ago when there was a marathon on TNT or USA.  I was sucked in.  I have random seasons on DVD trying to get caught up.  I must not have seen season 6 because I don't ever remember JJ not on the show. 

And I didn't like Tripplehorn.  I am however a fan of JLH & hope she sticks as a character.

And I read JLH is pregnant again, I could really tell in last night's show by her face. They pretty much hide the rest of her now in coats and behind tables and such.

Yes you could really tell that her face has gotten much rounder in last nights show.

I agree, she should have stuck with it. Then again, Mandy Patinkin (sp?) hated how depressing it was and I don't miss him. She hasn't made the same comments though.

I agree about Mandy Patinkin, never really liked him. I like Joe Mantegna much better.

That's because Rossi is a good character.  He made me forget all about Patinkin, in fact I can't even remember what his character's name was.  Pretiss has never quite been replaced.  It is more like a series of substitutions.  And they still refer to her like last week when she got the documents for Spencer.  It is like they are leaving the door open in case she ever wants to come back.

Yeah, Rossi worked, no one has worked since Prentiss. They're having a hard time having someone gel as much as she did. I totally agree they're very open to her making a return.

Thank you honey I do appreciate you trying to help but now we have hijacked Beth's Librarians and Criminal Minds thread with general TV and YM's that don't post on EE won't know or see it. And those that don't watch the Librarians or Criminal Minds won't bother even coming in here. Hence again my plea for a TV category on the forum.

I loved him, too.  And I miss him on the show.  I like Rossi, too.  Gideon was a pretty dark character and he brought something to the show that nobody else brought.

Gideon was in danger of become a first class whiner, he was just a little too angsty over all of it. I did like him when he was on but watching reruns now...... I wonder how he'd have turned out if they had kept him on his path.

I have all the season except the current one on DVD and have watched them many times over!
My favorites are Spencer, Penelope and JJ.
IMHO Season 6 without JJ was their worst! I am so glad they came to their senses and realized their mistake letting her go and brought her back.
Prentiss was never one of my favorites so I don't really miss her that much, I thought she was okay. But that being said Jeanne Tripplehorn never really fit in. She never really bothered me like Bishop on NCIS but I am glad she left.
I have never been a fan of JLH but I can live with her.
Unlike AJ Cook, Paget Brewster wanted to leave so I don't see her coming back. Sorry Prentiss fans.
Oh and is it just me but Hotch is really starting to show his age. Good for him for not falling into the plastic surgery game.
