Yesterday, I had to expose my concealed weapon to provide a state investigator with some info.
All I said was I have a gun here. His response? Oh Ok.

I guess depends from state to state. Every time I got pulled over there was a sequence of questions that the cop asked: license and registration please! Do you have any weapons inside the vehicle? Do you have any drugs or alcohol in the vehicle?
I don't think it is a big deal in PA if you carry your weapon in the vehicle. If you have a concealed weapon permit for it it can be on you, holstered but if you don't it has to be on the back seat or trunk, unloaded and the ammo in a different place possibly in a box.
