The collegiate bowls have gotten out of hand.

There are way too many.

Not saying Boise State and Arizona did not deserve to be in a bowl game. What was the name of the bowl game?

I think half of the Big ten were in a game, and only four teams even deserved to get a bid, if that.

(I do think Michigan State was under rated)

The Fiesta Bowl. It is one of The New Year's Six. The bowl games you watched are two of the six. Arizona was ranked #10 in the nation going into the game. Boise State was #20 (since they aren't in a "power conference" they don't get the ranking).
