Let's see here, Police shoot this man because they thought he was going to run them down. So this man was not going any where, they shot him because he might go some where. They were worried he was going to run them down, I noticed all of the shots appear be thru the side and rear side windows. The point I make is if it is a "good shooting" the police will post it right away, If it is not so good we may not see it.

With bureaucracies, to me, "right away" means "within a few days or weeks, depending on many factors" The Police are part of Government, and therefore part of the bureaucracy. |
