Let's go after the real money makers here then, The companies that produce alcohol.
One in ten deaths can be attributed to that fine product.

Wrong answer? It was such a wrong answer that the gun lobby gave the GOP their marching orders to make a defensive law.
Nice to see with who sides with random murders.

Let's go after the real money makers here then, The companies that produce alcohol. One in ten deaths can be attributed to that fine product. Actually the people who distribute alcohol can and do get sued all the time. Bars and restaurants get sued if they give too many drinks to people who then drive into a bus full of nuns. Corporations get sued if they sponser corporate events with liquor and someone gets drunk there and then drives into a bus full of nuns. Parents get sued if there is a party at their house and drunk kids hit the road and run into a bus full of nuns. Bars, liquor stores and 7-11's get sued if they fail to card and sell booze to underage kids who then drive into a bus full of nuns. So Coyote, following your train of thought, should we be suing the gun store who sold this high capacity magazine, something intended for the military and requiring military users to have specific training to use it, to the shooters mom - someone clearly not a member of the military and someone who wasn't trained in how to use it? Isn't this the same as a liquor store selling booze to a 14 year old - the store was negligent in selling something to someone who wasn't qualified to have it? That sounds like a good plan to me.

Nice to see with who sides with random murders. Currently, it seems to be a growing majority of voters, voting for the right of self defense. Nonsense logic hasn't played well at the polls lately. Maybe it's time for the left wing nut jobs to change the name of the gun control agenda (again).

Nice to see with who sides with random murders. It's not "[siding] with random murders" (did you mean "murderers"?), to use common sense.

And what does that have to do with compensating victims per this thread?
But I will give you this- the left probably should not use the term gun control since it has become associated with gun banning- they should hire Frank Luntz.
