Anyone read it? I started reading it this week and Gosh!!! its fantastic so far!!! Absolutely amazing. Its very well written, superbly researched, and takes you back in time, again and again and again. HIGHLY recommend it Synopsis from Goodreads.com: SOME STORIES CANNOT BE TOLD IN JUST ONE LIFETIME. Harry August is on his deathbed. Again.
No matter what he does or the decisions he makes, when death comes, Harry always returns to where he began, a child with all the knowledge of a life he has already lived a dozen times before. Nothing ever changes.
Until now. As Harry nears the end of his eleventh life, a little girl appears at his bedside. "I nearly missed you, Doctor August," she says. "I need to send a message." This is the story of what Harry does next, and what he did before, and how he tries to save a past he cannot change and a future he cannot allow.

Sounds great. I just put it on hold at the library. It doesn't look like anyone is front of me so it shouldn't take too long. Thanks so much. This will be a great read for my time off over the holidays.

Thanks. Looks interesting and the library has it available. It's supposed to rain all weekend so now I can curl up with a book.

I'll get a stomach ache trying to keep it all to myself till February But lets start a thread sometime in late January (or earlier if many folks are done reading it).

I couldn't get through it. I read a few pages and returned it to the library. I'm now reading The Secret Daughter, and I can't put it down!

Shilipi Somaya Gowda. I think it's as good as The kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns.
