Yes. The poor woman was drugged to the car and kidnapped several days ago. The police and FBI are actively working the case.

It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.

O.M.G. I thought it will not happen so!! I feel happy! I was very concerned they wouldn't find her alive. Like you, I'm thrilled. So very happy for her family. I know they've been frantic!

So glad a citizen noticed something, & reported it to the authorities. Based on this guy's history, he shouldn't have been out of prison. Hopefully, he'll stay in there a lot longer this time, but it appears he's one of those guys who doesn't learn from his own mistakes.

"Authorities credited hard work by law enforcement agents in finding Freeland-Gaither. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents had received information from Richmond, Virginia, to be on the lookout for a vehicle that might have been involved in the abduction, said Tim Jones, resident agent in charge with the ATF in Lanham, Maryland." Abducted Pa. woman home after rescue; man arrested
From what national news reported last night, and with the above quoted information, the police now knew the make of the vehicle. The police and FBI were then able to find out from where the vehicle was sold. They discovered the vehicle was purchased two weeks earlier and by whom (the kidnapper). Using the now known VIN number, the police were able to use the vehicle's GPS system to locate the whereabouts of same. Police closed in and rescued the woman and arrested the kidnapper. Pretty good effort by the police, OldCoyote?

Yes it was very good work on the part of the police.
This ended much better than I thought it would.

This is just ridiculously awesome news. This was a local story so it's all people have been talking about. I was so excited when she was found!
