It's probably just a flash back moment to all the money spent on the "babies" and all they are doing is collecting dust. But I have a Chuckie doll if you want to add some spice to that collection

You have to look, REALLY look, at their faces. Some of them have sinister faces, but some of them have LOVELY faces.
DH prides himself on always finding the "lovey" for the next baby in the family or in our set of friends. DH will spend LITERALLY HOURS going to a bunch of toy stores until he finds "it" for that new baby. He has only gotten it wrong ONCE, in 20 years.
I find dolls SO MUCH creepier than stuffed animals! And look at pop culture ... Chucky, Annabelle ... as far as I know there has been no horror film made about a killer stuffed animal, but I could be wrong.

Not a horror movie in the true sense of the word but a horror still to adults with young children: Ted.

The pony is creepy. So are the things on the bottom shelf. Minnie is pretty cute though.
Curiosity- when did you become a loser? Did I miss the memo?

Aww, I think they're cute.
DD has this horrid Laugh & Learn Puppy that doesn't seem to have an "off" switch... I wish I had $1 for every time I've almost peed my pants after stepping on it in the dark and hearing "HI! LET'S SING AND PLAY GAMES."

April 1st 2013. I remember it like it was yesterday. I figured it was related to that. But it seems like yesterday you were still Dark. I thought maybe you made some grand announcement proclaiming your status in loserdom and thus changing to the official name of loser.

On the upside, those red phallic shaped ones are eying the other stuffed animals not you.
Psst agile...it was on nutty's recent thread that the name change went down.

I changed my name as part of an experiment in the power of words, or new age hocus pocus, depending on your viewpoint. so... engaging in a self-fulfilling prophecy? Otherwise I would expect a name like "superfantastic dude" from you. or From Dark to Dawn. Come on now put a positive spin on it.

Those red ones with 1 eye sure are an interesting phallic symbol.
(They give true meaning to the "one-eyed monster" my mother warned me about as a young girl.)
(ETA: Great minds think alike, justme). ,

I was okay with stuffed animals. I always hated dolls. I had a grandmother who insisted that I be a proper girl and part of that was playing with dolls. So I had tons of Barbie dolls and other dolls. And I never played with any of them other than to use to play fetch with the dogs outside. That didn't go over well.
And what was my inheritance? More freaking dolls. None worth anything. I told my aunt to keep them, give them to someone else in the family or donate them. She mailed them to me. They went in the garbage and never even made it in the house.

How can these creep you out? They sit on the end of my DD's bed every night. Before we switched her bed, she used to have many more in there.
