ok. he is bombastic. he is annoying. but the guy has a point. Scalia speaks with forked tongue:
NOTE: this is not a religious thread. this is a thread about whether Scalia and others are consistent in their positions on the 1st amendment. opinions?

I'd like for Scalia to point out where in the Constitution it says corporations are people and have Constitutional rights.  |

It's a great pity the right of free speech isn't based on the obligation to say something sensible.

i think most conservatives will see it as whiny outrage. it is the same thing most liberals hear when they listen to Rush. |
