No, we don't walk away. But when we're holding on to something precious, we run.

Would he park on the street in front of the parking lot? Is that even an option?

Unless this POS trailer is welded to his truck (highly unlikely), he doesn't need two head to head spots. He's just too lazy to back the trailer into a spot, unhook it and then park the truck in another spot. True, but if he took the time to hitch it up after work, he'd be too late to go to the - which defeats the purpose of him bringing it onsite to begin with. See parking up front is his only option! I know you're only channeling what he'll say, so I'll give you the right response...
Dude, I'm half your size and it takes me 3 minutes to hitch or unhitch a trailer. Would you like me to give you a quick lesson?

Actually it's because of how the lot sits. He would likely have to wait until a good portion of his coworkers left in order to be able to maneuver to re hitch. If he didn't wait, he would block their way out and that would piss them off. It's not designed for large vehicles. Our large trucks park in the "driveway to the back" for lack of a better word. But they are only there at night. So no he can't park there during the day. No street parking. But as it is, I don't think he'll be an issue much longer.

It is not your responsibility to figure out how and when he can take his other work's trash to the . All you need to let him know is that he cannot park out front. Let him figure out the rest. If he causes issues with other employees in the parking lot, cross that bridge then. The more you give suggestions and involved, the more you' ll give him ammunition.
