Liberal Succession- It's a Beautiful Thing...

I'm wondering if we should invite this kind of movement to the United States.  Succession in reverse- 

Maybe we can get a "Free California" movement going? Then we can go on to liberate Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Delaware?

What the hell am I talking about?  Scotland.

If you look at an electoral map of Scotland, you will see just one Tory MP; everyone else is either Labor (socialist) or Liberal Democrat (socialist).

An independent Scotland would get rid of them from the parliament. It makes the election of Nigel Farage as the next prime minster and a more free-market, pro-American government much more likely.

It also means TINO (Tory-In-Name-Only) Cameron would step down immediately.

But best of all, the hard-left voters of Scotland will no longer have the commonsense Brits to save them from themselves. It would be a great lesson for the world.

sure, "liberate" 1/8th of your economy, 1/7th of your tax revenue....etc.  sounds like a beauty idea.



why don't we have Cuba annex Florida, while you are at it.

PS- i believe that it is "sEcession", but i like the idea that liberalism will eventually succeed all philosophies, so leave it.
