It really is and maybe I'm just naïve but a community could let this continue for over a decade? I don't know why anything shocks me anymore but the details of this are just awful.

I think the speculation as to the causes are what djAdvocate's doubting. After reading the NY Times article on the topic I have to agree with him. Unless, of course, you consider believing a bunch of 12-13 year old girls are tarts and whores is PC?  |

It has nothing to do with the child abuse in England. And you didn't answer 'where' the burning building was.  My point was the pictures paul posted above could be pretty much anywhere in the world. There is nothing in the pictures that says Paris nor are any rioters available in the pictures to possibly identify who was rioting and possibly why. Additionally, I do not trust paul posting pictures regarding anything to do with 'Who, What, When, Where and Why'. Last week paul posted a picture collage of the "gentle giant", Michael Brown, of Ferguson, Missouri. It was immediately pointed out to paul that at least one of the pictures was not Michael Brown. And another supposed picture of Michael Brown was just a hand-no body attached to it to identify the hand's owner. Yet paul posted as fact all the pictures were of Michael Brown. I may be mistaken because it has been a while, but I believe paul also posted some pictures of Trayvon Martin last year. It turned out one or more of the pictures were not in fact Trayvon Martin. So I question paul. |

the have also been pictures of that young man in Ferguson circulating that are not really him.
i have a bad attitude about authority, and policing. but i have an even worse one about vigilantism. the only worse thing than a lawless government is a bunch of crazy people who take the law into their own hands, and make of themselves judge, jury and executioner. i will never abide by that. ever.
