There were 4 or 5 zombies at game start, and 5-6 each of scientists and soldiers. The last 2 games, the zombies quickly outnumbered the others so we'll see how it goes.

I just went through 5 pages of the Vacation thread Carl started, and there is no one to bite. And I've seen only 1 other zombie and that was Molly.

I have no idea, I've never understood this game. At the start of the game there are a certain number of roles assigned somewhat randomly to board members. Zombies - can only bite and infect people (when you are infected you are considered a Zombie). That's what zombies do and depending on the the game is set up, each zombie can only bite one or two people an hour. Sometimes (maybe 1 in 10 times) a Zombie bit can kill someone. Soldiers - can kill zombies and take them out of the game so they can no longer infect others. Scientists - can cure zombies (again, I think only one or two an hour). Now some players can be immune to zombie bites, BUT - that immunity is only so strong - so they can still be infected if many zombies "bite" them. At a minimum it's actually a pretty cool study in numbers reaching critical mass (ie - more zombies then soldiers who can kill them or scientists who can cure them). At best it's rollicking fun as you pop in and out of threads looking for victims to bite (if you are a zombie), peeps to cure (if you are a scientist) or are just on a shooting rampage if you are a soldier. |

Well, been offline for a while and I still don't see infected folks for the most part. I guess someone is falling down on the job - and NO I'm not looking thru all threads but very active ones Oh and I did say I was to lazy to back up to the OP!!!!! BORED too. |
