While Obama caters to illegals, Putin continues his agenda.
According to FAUX News this evening, there seems to be mounting "evidence" that the missiles fired on the Ukraine were launched from INSIDE Russia. Me think Putin sees Obama as nothing more than an empty suit. Scary stuff if you've paid attention to history.

Ohhhhhh Obama sent him a letter! I hope it used stern verbiage! LOL...that was my reaction to that news this morning. Oooo, a LETTER! And he wants the EU to support additional sanctions! Yeah, because the other sanctions are doing a terrific job of getting his attention. Most likely, though, continued sanctions will just get the russian people to hate the foreign countries imposing them and support Putin more... I wonder if Putin truly is trying to start another Cold War? Or does he want an actual war this time? Whatever his agenda, he seems to have waited to discover that Obama is all (weak) bark and no bite, so feels free to do as he pleases.

As have we all. I was so happy that Israel has basically told Obama and his ignorant minion, Kerry, to kiss off.

I could be wrong of course... you are wrong. just out of curiosity: are you under 20? Under 20... what? Under 20 days incarcerated? YUP! (never spent a single night in jail even!) Under 20 days sober? Nope... I've been sober for YEARS! Under 20 pounds? Nope... That would be impossible for a 6'1" man on this planet at this specific gravity! Just kidding. No, I am most definitely NOT "under 20. I'm 46. Remember though, I did say "don't recall". If he did... fine (not fine that he did, fine that it's a fact that he did). Remind me... which country did he invade during Bush's reign?

Ahhhh... you are correct (I remember that now). The older I get the more feeble the memory.
I didn't agree with that one either.

LOL... I guarantee your memory is feeble on that one. I recall many various threads over on the old MSN boards that were equally critical of Bush as current threads are critical of Obama. (I may have even commented on several of them... but I honestly don't recall).

Let's see here. Putin violates the nuclear missile treaty and nobody is overly concerned. Today he announces he wants to reestablish ties with Cuba. That may not "ring a warning bell" with some people but it sure does with me.
I'm glad we had a President at the time (JFK) who knew how to deal with Russia, missiles and Cuba all lumped into one soup pot. I was active duty at the time and if you know anything at all about that situation, you know we were on the brink of world-wide disaster.
Nikita backed down in exchange for some concessions but I'm not convinced Vladimir is so inclined....think about it.

There is no evidence that it was launched from anywhere.

Actually, they told him he made things worse and that they resented his intervention, but "kissing off" was part of it. You have to admit, though: what else could he do? The American people expect the White House to do something.

DF's Aunt voted for him and when DF asked her to explain why she would vote for a such an obvious racist, she said Jews should always vote DEM, the liberal party. She believes and uses as much as she can, in social services for all. Plus, of course, taking money from DF that I'm sure she doesn't declare as well. Typical

Typical of what? Typical of Jewish people? I don't think so. I think Jewish people are just as capable of thinking things through and making up their minds as anyone else. Your DF's aunt may be an exception as opposed to the rule, Zib. Most Jewish people I know are fully capable of making their decisions based on their thoughts about whatever issue is in question.

Because they vote DEM and not with their heads. no, they vote Dem because Democrats represent their views better than the GOP. it always surprises me when conservatives don't know that. in the last election, for example, Paul ranted and raved about how the Jews would abandon Obama (because Obama is such a meanie to Israel) and cost him the election. when i pointed out that the last time that a majority of Jews voted something other than Democrat was in the 20's when they voted for Eugene Debs (socialist), i got no response. it seems to me that if there is a profound ignorance, it lies outside the Jewish community.
