Unless just about every Israeli soldier is quickly promoted once entering service, which I know is not true, I found it a very interesting fact that just about all the listed Israeli casualties in th Gaza conflict are either officers , some high ranking or non commissioned officers...also , and this is surprising , very high ranking non coms....I understand that the mantra of the Israeli services was that the men/ units are led from the front and from this list I see that is still true..there is no other answer...

I don't see it ending soon. Wish I did. Both Israel & Hamas are as enrenched in their own position(s), political, moral, legal & humanitarian as our Dems & Pubs are.
