yea back in the day it was soooo important to be on time; no matter what! but today pfft who the hell cares, when your job doesn't count on you being on time, you don't have customers to meet, not covering for co-workers to go on break, or no meetings.

Legally allowed amount of overtime?? I've never heard of such a thing. I'm from Europe. We have a lot of cool things in labor law you guys don't, pity that they don't usually work unless someone enforces them on the employer.

misstequila: I completely agree. When I started at my first adult full-time job, I really appreciated that I was able to micromanage my own work and I think I did work harder because of this.
