now that this button has been brought to my attention!
on my end
the button is NOT consistent - consistently showing
I now look for it when posting
and it shows in thread titled "What are you doing now"
it doesn't show in 24 current season thread

It's there for me on all threads - just takes a few seconds longer to appear than the other icons. I just used snipping tool to copy the icon toolbar from this post
icons.

 ok so for ME - member Zaireinhd I can click on - quote Spoiler Button shows delete the quote click the Spoiler Button add comments POST!! it works!  |
